Roles and Responsibilities:
- Using business intelligence to identify, build, and maintain clients as well as candidate data for the current along with the future business needs.
- Interpret trends, predictive analysis, and patterns in the data and create reports from the results.
- You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment functions as a part of the study coordinating with other colleagues located in the UK and internationally.
- Produce relevant, in-depth and user-friendly data processes to enable the business align with its strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher within the related discipline is ideal
- Excellent Mathematical and Excel Skills

Position Title: HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hiring and managing interns during the initial period
- You will be responsible for Client Relationship Management, coordinating with the clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering accordingly
- Conducting the screening interviews and presenting them to the clients
- As a Recruitment Manager, you will be actively involved in creating and maintain the brand management for long-term business success
- Creating and maintaining the processes for effective client as well as candidate engagement.
- Ensuring periodical update of the databases
- Regions of the UK and India both need to be covered in the span of this job
- Coordinating with other delivery teams
This role is purely commission-based and needs commitment for a period of a minimum of three months.
Position Title: Business Development Intern

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and develop the current business plan
- Make cold and warm calls for lead generation
- Monitor the marketplace to identify new prospects or reprioritise existing prospects
- Maintain broad knowledge of the markets and competitor activities
- Maintain and constantly update an accurate database of prospect information and conact details

- Create content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Job sites and LinkedIn
- Blog post writing by keeping up-to-date with regular blog posts driven by research
- Manage digital advertising campaigns by creating Facebook ads to promote content and drive traffic
- Draft and send email invitations for company events
Requirements:
- Degree level graduate or studying Journalism, PR, Digital Marketing
- Passionate content creator with excellent communication skills and think out of the box
- Able to translate the company’s message to customer’s language
- Well organised and great command of written English
- Knowledge of social media and competence with the graphic design will be an additional benefit
