Overview: Manages, troubleshoots, and maintains the organization's local or remote IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, servers, and network equipment.
•    Manage user accounts, permissions, passwords, and access control (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft          365).
•    Provide technical support and helpdesk assistance to employees (locally or remotely).
•    Ensure data backups are running smoothly and handle basic system security protocols.
